Our Profile - The right place for value creation.

We are continually learning to understand, organise and execute what it means to our customers – a healthy customer experience. We engage in making technology inspiring, integrated and innovative for our customers. These activities include designing, manufacturing, and delivering technology with a variety of products and services within and around India.

Our philosophy helps in identifying and assessing the value we are offering customers and how well it exceeds their needs, wants and expectations. Clearly answers the questions:

Our organisational theme

Once upon a time, in a Gurukula, many carpenters and masons were working to build a temple.Usually, they would start work in the morning, take a break for lunch, and return to resume work in the evening.

One day, a group of monkeys arrived at the site and watched the workers leaving for the break. One of the carpenters was sawing a huge log of wood. Since it was only half-done, he placed a wedge in between to prevent the log from closing up. He then went off along with the other workers for the break.

When all the workers were gone, the monkeys came down from the trees and started jumping around the site and playing with the instruments.

There was one monkey who got curious about the wedge placed between the logs. The monkey sat down on the log, and, having placed himself in between the half-split log, caught hold of the wedge and started pulling at it.

All of a sudden, the wedge came out. As a result, the half-split log closed in, and the monkey got caught in the gap of the log.

Monkeys spoiled the workplace to be the right place for value creation. In a situation when we fail to do what is to be done, we end up doing a monkey job! Doing a thing without thinking. Such results are not helpful to anyone. Only doing what is to be done in a situation is to create a valuable result for every stakeholder– Value Creation. Learning alone will help to do what is to be done in a situation. Learning is an essential aspect of value creation. We can’t ensure value creation when we end up doing a monkey job! The best way to stop doing monkey jobs is to enquire, “Am I right”.
